You can change the sending mail limit per hour for all the users from the WHM ---> Teawk Settings --> The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited).

If you would like to change the sending mail limit per hour for the particular account then you will have the SSH access and need to login as root and need to follow below mentioned steps:

pico /var/cpanel/maxemailsperdomain/yourdomainhere.com

yourdomainhere.com is the domain for increasing the number of mails. Once you enter the no. in the file. You may save it and REMEMBER to restart exim services by executing the following command :
