Separate web/email/database servers managed from one WHM/CPanel Server?

Is it possible to have a 3 server setup where one server has WHM/CPanel installed (web server) and then another would be a database server and another the email server and all managed through the one WHM/CPanel server?

The remote database server can be done with integration with cPanel/WHM. As for the email server, cPanel/WHM will not integrate with a remote email server at this time (e.g for creating email accounts, enforcing quotas etc).
