Server Crash?

My server seems to have crashed, it started with database connection issues. Now i cannot connect at all: no sites will load I cannot connect through root or command line.

Has any one else had this issue and what do I need to do. Do I need a server reboot?

The server is loading websites now, but none of my databases are working and i still cannot connect through root nor cmd line.

This is not enough information to accurately guess at your problem.

Can you ping your server provided you allow the option. Could be firewall problem, service problem, etc. You should contact your DC for support.
