Server crash every day 1-3 times

From last Update Apache from 15 April I have just problems. The load are going up to 100-150 and memory usage at 99% and after that server crash but respond at ping....

Any ideea?

You would need to provide more information, but something is mis-configured in your server most likely.

Everithyng work fine before Update Apache.........
I just Update Apache and after 10 hours server crash. After restart work fine 30 minutes and the same problems, load very big and memory usage 99%. After another reboot (from power button all restart) work for 12-14 hours

i'am cleaning cpanel and reinstall it, when done, i will never update anything

try disabling the logrotate cron (in /etc/cron.daily) and also upcp cron

We had 3 machines, every machine would crash EVERY night, we disabled logrotate and now the machines have +30 day uptimes, we did reenable upcp after a while and the machines remained stable

What is causing the memory loads, try running top and see what is crashing it. It might be apache or it might be some cgi/mysql scripts.

I attache a file with "ps ax" when server have 100 load and memory usage 90-95%

After this ps ax I run httpd stop in and server load are back to 1-2 after few minutes.....
