Looks like you've got looping processes on the server. From the information you've given it's impossible to say much more. First thing to check is the cPanel error log in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log, apart from that, make sure you're not out of server resources (esp. disk space and memory) and perhaps strace some of the PIDs to see what they're doing.
