    Default Server Down ... HELP HELP !

    %CPU 54.7 gzip

    what happen for gzip command ??? my server down now ... who can help me ??

    well... gzip can use cpu .. its normal... (you can be gzipping all your /home for example....)
    it has nothing to do with your server down sure...

    hkewell,

    Are you running mod_gzip? If so, make sure you set a max file size limit in httpd.conf to stop it from trying to gzip:ing too big files and filling up /tmp.

    i don't runnig mod_gzip

    mod_gzip auto running ?
