Default Server has been going down once every 2 days

Ok guys/gals ...I am stuck on something and I really could use some help here...

I am running a Unix Fedora with cpanel

The server is dual 2.8Ghz with 1 gig of ram and it is no where near a heavy load. In fact it is even rarely over a 1. Here is a quick snap shot of "top" as of right now..

    top - 20:30:21 up 5:24, 1 user, load average: 0.43, 0.42, 0.34
    Tasks: 136 total, 1 running, 135 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
    Cpu(s): 0.5% us, 0.5% sy, 17.3% ni, 81.7% id, 0.0% wa, 0.0% hi, 0.0% si
    Mem: 1034288k total, 988728k used, 45560k free, 171756k buffers
    Swap: 1048784k total, 0k used, 1048784k free, 469924k cached

My problem is that the server has been going down like once every two days and the only way to get it back up is via a remote power cycle reboot. Do anyone have any idea on where I might be able to start looking or some sort of "logging" command that I might be able to run in order to better document what might be going on? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Couple of things:

    1. Make sure that the upcp, cpbackup and daily (04:00) cron jobs do not clash

    2. If the laus rpm is installed, remove it, it's a known cause of these things:

    rpm -e laus
