server has been hacked

my server has been hacked and thin i returnd it but i have a problims whin i trl to update the server thats show :

verify that the module is installed correctly.

If your server has been compromised, the best possible solution is to backup your data, format your HD, do OS reload, seucre and harden your server, and restore your data.

i traid many things but i get the same
