Server Information error

My host says this is a cPanel/WHM error so I am coming here for help.

My info:

cPanel 11.24.4-R35075 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
CENTOS 5.3 i686 virtuozzo on box1

When I go to "Server Status" and then to "Server Information" it shows an incorrect disk space under "Current Disk Usage". My VPS is 60GB but it shows that I only have 44GB of space.

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/simfs 44G 13G 19G 41% /

When I check disk space usage in SSH it shows me that same thing.

My host tells me that the package I have was not downgraded or altered in anyway and that is all they will tell me, so I was coming here for tips on how I can fix this.

If you're using something like df -h in SSH to see space AND it tells you the same thing, then it's not a cPanel problem... it's something you'll have to get your host to fix.

That is what I was thinking, just wanted to make sure. They are idiots when it comes to support. I have thought about just going straight to the datacenter support and bypass them all together.
