server issues after reboot

hi all
i was installing some thing on server which needed a server reboot

server rebooted and i can access to it via root
but no luck from cpanel, whm, or even my website

i checked what i thought could be issue
it seems mysql and apache are working
but i have nothing

can you please tell em how to fix this issue

Can you explain what you installed that required the reboot? Very few things require a reboot on a Linux server.

As far as we have all worked on linux servers, a reboot is required only if you want to boot the server with different kernel and disable selinux. You need to elaborate as to what exactly you did.

You might have the default RedHat Firewall installed and it is blocking the cPanel ports and other ports. You could check the firewall with the following:

/sbin/iptables -n -L

If you suspect the firewall, try flushing it:

/sbin/iptables -F

If you can then access cPanel and other services, it was the firewall blocking it. You'd need to allow cPanel and other services as rules in the firewall:
