Default Server lost SSH and SFTP

Starting not that long ago, I can no longer SSH into my server. SFTP does not work.

In my Mac OS X terminal, I get the following message when I try to SSH:

ssh: connect to host server.domain.com port 22: Connection refused

Argh! I have changed nothing... And now I can't even SSH in!

    *edit*
    WHM 10.0.0
    cPanel 10.0.0-R161

Well thank you cPanel for catching that SSH failed and attempting an automatic restart or at least emailing me
