server messed up after upcp, now cant upcp --force

The usual cron job ran and after that it messed up the server

Services wont start so i rebooted the server. But after i rebooted services wont still start until i manually start each of them

I then tried upcp --force but its stuck with

Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanels...panelsync.lock (0)....@69.72.212.10......connected......receiving......Done

It doesnt go past that

What shall i do?? THis is urgent!

Make sure your server is resolving to that site OR I would recommend you to have someone look into your server so that they can get a clear idea as what has happened on your server.
