We are unable to receive server notification email such as the email that /scripts/upcp sends out or mail from service failures.
Running a mail -v test shows the following towards the end of the output:

550 rejected: there is no valid sender in any header line (envelope sender is && )
LOG: 0 MAIN
Frozen (delivery error message)



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
