Default Server sends email when load is above 50 - How?

Currently we receive an email alert when the load goes above normal for such-and-such a period of time. But how can I just lock this into a number, say 50, as seen in top. So that we receive an email alert reaches that particular load, i.e. the minute that load is reached?

    Anyone?

I have CSF/LFD firewall installed and you can configure an email alert for a load average number of your choice.
