    Default Server Shared SSL Certificate Missing

    Hi,

    We have a cPanel server with shared SSL certificate. But the certificate gets corrupted / removed after some days. This has happened some 3 or 4 times. We created a fix for the Certificate Missing/Corrupt error by reinstalling it. Any permanent fix?

    Hello,

    What is the specific error you are seeing when this happens?

    Also, could you copy the entry in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf for the SSL (the VirtualHost area for that SSL) when it isn't working and provide it here?

    Thank you for your quick response. I will get back to you with the exact error message and the entries in httpd.conf if this happens again. Right now everything seems to be working fine.
