Server software autoupgrade / Don't like

2 weeks ago I installed latest tcpdump 3.7.2
Today Cpanel auto-upgrade downgraded it to 3.6.X
What is a reason?

Yes, I can chattr +i, but it's not a right way.

Why not to ask us or check software version before starting upgrade????

Now I have to reinstall tcpdump again....

Yes, I do not want to upgade everything by mysefl, but I do not see the reason to downgrade installed packages!

They should ask us before upgrading anything on the server!
