"uptime" will give you the Uptime in says, users on and server loads.

I think the server status page is made by connecting to the server in php and if it does so succesfully, it displays a green light image and if not, a red one.

Thats how most stats programs work. Don't know of a shell command to do that.

Do you know how to remove Server Information from Server Status on WHM ?

Or maybe someone know how to hack the information for Server Information like Proccessor etc...

It's possible, you could remove the link in the template.

But, for WHM... if you go to "Reseller Centre" and then edit a resellers privileges, you can untick the box "Server Status" and a few others... check that out.

I already try it before i go to this forum.

Because Server Status still shows on WHM so i go to this forum

I believe on WHM (root) have these :

    "Server Status "
    - Service Status
    - Server Information
    - Apache Status
    - CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage

And on Reseller WHM will have :

    "Server Status "
    - Service Status
    - Server Information

If i do untick "View Server Status" on Reseller Centre, this link still shows :

    "Server Status"
    - Server Information

The question is how to disable Server Information and still showing Server Status link ?

thaphantom, thank you for your reminder to give reseller information about the box.

I agree with you that all reseller must know anything about the box

Recently i have VPS account that using VML and on my Server Information only shows :

    Processor Info

Processor #1 Vendor: User Mode Linux
    Processor #1 Name: UML

This kind of information always make my reseller wonder, why not showing the real proccessor info ?

I already ask my provider and they told me like this :

"Since your server is a virtual machine it is not sensible to show the actual host server's CPU. Can you not explain to your reseller that the odd CPU description is due to the way your server is configured"

This situation that make me think how to disable this information, or how to edit proccessor infor to the real info (P-IV 2 Ghz).

I hope my information make you understand
