    Exclamation Is apache down ?

    The location of the log file is
    # cd /usr/local/apache/logs

    tail -f error_log

    Also, is the http service down on the server ? What changes were made on the server.

    Regards,
    Amit

    Have you made any changes to the httpd.conf file? The section below should be in there:

    <Location /whm-server-status>
    SetHandler server-status
    Order deny,allow
    Deny from all
    Allow from 127.0.0.1
    </Location>

    This is what allows WHM to view that status screen. You should also make sure that apache is listening on the local host ip (127.0.0.1). This can be found in the conf file as well.
