(Server Time >> Afric/Cairo) Daylight Saving Time issue

Server Time >> Afric/Cairo
Which is UTC +02:00
It is used to be UTC +03:00 in (Daylight Saving Time)
But the government of Egypt has stopped working with (Daylight Saving Time) forever,
But it has automatically changed in (Server Time).
So please remove the automatic time adjustment for Afric/Cairo, and keep its time as UTC +02:00 all the year.

This is something you'll need to take up with your operating system vendor (e.g. RedHat). cPanel & WHM provide a simple menu of the various time zones available on a server, but these time zones, and all functionality related to them, are implemented in the operating system, not within the cPanel & WHM product.
