    Default server time, logs time...

I can't resolve my time set problem
Date command give me the correct time, 18:00 for example.
Logs of apache or secure or mail maintain this time. It's OK
But message log use another time!!!! -9 hours, so the time os last event is 07:00
It looks that this (message log) is the only disjointed time.
How can I resolve this enigmatic problem?

    Thanks
