Server Update

Hi list,

I am new to cPanel.

I have installed a new server with cPanel.

I have setup in WHM Update Preferences:
- Cpanel/WHM Updates: Automatic (STABLE tree)
- DarkORB Package Updates & Security Package Updates:: Automatic

What is a DarkORB Package ?

DO I also have to do OTHER upgrades to keep my server up to date ?
What about Redhat (I have version 7.3) Is this also updated automticaly ?
Are there other things that I have to update ?

If so, HOW do I know when there are NEW updates and where can I download them from ?

DarkOrb packages are updates sent by the people at cPanel.

You definitely need to sign up with redhat. You will need to use up2date to keep your server up to date.
