service status not working

under service configuation > service manager in WHM do you have the monitor boxes ticked for each service?

I have already done this stuff,

This was a bug apparently in a few builds ago. Which build tree are you using and what is your exact version?

I used to be experiencing the same problem but with the latest RELEASE build now, I see the status coming back again under cPanel. Are you referring to WHM or cPanel by the way? Because WHM service status was fine for me during all builds (as far as I have checked, including the current latest at WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1 R-30).
