Where in WHM can I set the default owner of new accounts to root?
root is the default
By default, new accounts created by root are owned by root. Are you trying to cause new accounts that are created by resellers to be owned by root? Can you explain in greater detail what you are trying to do?

Jared, these accounts are not created by resellers. I think you might have answered my question.
I was having problems getting an edited suspended page template working. I read in these forums that a fix is to change over ownership to root. I couldn't find a place to set this so I wanted to make sure I didn't miss it.
