Setting account don't send email

We have setup new server, but account created not send email with account details :/

Can you elaborate the issue?
Are you trying to say that mails cannot be sent out from the new accounts that you have created? In that case, check the logs under /var/log/exim_mainlog and /var/log/messages

when we create a new account on WHM there isn't sent email to root with account creation details

There is no such option in WHM, to receive account creation emails with login details. You can receive mails like the account creation/removal/suspension etc to the email address mentioned in WHM --> Basic cPanel/WHM setup --> Server Contact E-Mail Address.

Email is correctly set as "Server Contact E-Mail Address" :/

Please make sure that you have enabled the email address on Server Contacts --> Contact Manager

Please confirm mail server is working fine on your server.

You can check whether the server is sending the e-mail correctly , using the following command from the shell

mail -v user@youre-mal.com ( Server Contact E-Mail Address )

what is the setting at WHM -> Change System Mail Preferences ?

for root mail, nobody mail and for cpanel mail.
