setup a cname and mx

hi. i am a hosting reseller and am trying to setup a free email service. the company says i need to make the following changes...but i actually cant get it to work...the domain is heavenlymails.com and the changes are
YOURDOMAIN. IN MX 10 MAIL.OEMMAIL.COM
THEMAIL.YOURDOMAIN. IN CNAME WEB.OEMMAIL.COM

can someone please tell me step by step what to do after i have setup the hosting account from within my WHM? thanks,
