Default setup reseller on multiple servers

I am curious how one would setup multiple servers to run in a round robin fashion?
I have never had to have more than one server yet, and now that I do, I am wondering how WHM/cPanel handles this?

How can I setup a reseller account on the second box, to use ns3 and ns4 but still have the same domain and username as the first box original?

If you are talking about round robin for new accounts then if you use WHMCS billing system this should deal with it.

I think other billing systems offer that also but please don't quote me on this.
