shared i.p. shows a domain instead of apache file? How do I get back to normal..

Not sure how it happens but the shared i.p. shows a domain instead of the apache file.

Not good since the domain is a shared hosting customer.

Any help is appreciated. I hope it's something simple in the apache files.
