Default Shared IP Address not to relsove to .com name

I know I can create multiple shared ip's via reseller panel, but is there any way to share an IP that doesn't resolve back to a domain.

If I share an IP that does not have a specific account on it and it is accessed via http://ipnumber/~username it will either resolve the ip address to a domain name if one was specifically installed, or I guess pick the first account placed on this IP and resolve to it so you windup with http://somedomain.com/~username

I would like it to stay as http://ipnumber/~username any ideals would be appreciated.
    Regards,
    Randy

may be you can add a virtual host on httpd.conf that point your IP to apache's default folder, so if user type your IP in browser's address bar they will get an apache's test page
