I'm not sure when this started happening, but it seems that all users on my server are able to access their accounts via SSH despite their access being disabled in WHM. Their shell prefix appears as noshell-2.05a$ rather than bash-2.05a$. Enabling shell switches it back to bash-2.05a$. Their shell access appears to be fully functional regardless of what is set in WHM.
Is there another way that I can limit shell access? I'd be happy to disable it to all users, except root. Does anybody know if there is a way of doing this? Or alternatively, is there a way I can fix this problem?
I'm running WHM 6.0.0 Cpanel 6.0.0-S109 RedHat 7.3.
Any advice appreciated.
Mav.
