Prevent the user 'nobody' from sending out mail to remote addresses in 'Tweak Setting'. - I'm not sure if it would do any good to enable it if suexec is enabled.
Thanks
John

keep disabled "Prevent the user 'nobody' from sending out mail to remote addresses"
If we enable suexec, will all scripts automatically run as the site user ?
Yes, according to WHM:
suexec allows cgi scripts to run with the user's id. It will also make it easier to track which user has sent out an email. If suexec is not enabled, all cgi scripts will run as nobody.
John
I think still PHP will run as 'nobody'.
This is from 'Tweak Settings' in WHM:
php and cgi scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using phpsuexec and suexec respectively
