Shouldn't Terminate Account remove entries from /var/cpanel/bandwidth too?

Slightly confused.
If an account is terminated, why doesn't the entries in /var/cpanel/bandwidth too get removed from that domain? I see many files for accounts which do not exist on server (terminated quite sometime back).

Is this a BUG?

While it could be nice it will bring the issue with cheaters. When client use most its space (under the reseller's account) he may terminate this account, then create a new one with 0 used traffic!

However as cPanel reset bandwidth each month it COULD to perform the maintaince over the /var/log/bandwidth and /usr/local/apache/domlogs as well... Nice feature request.
