Simple question about resellers limit

If i limit a reseller account in " Limit Accounts that xxx can create by Resource Usage" for example with 1000 mb space and 10000 bw.

And also in the checkboxes i check...

Allow Creation of Packages with Unlimited Diskspace (new)
Allow Creation of Packages with Unlimited Features (ie. unlimited pop accounts) (new)

This will limit the reseller usage per resource or he will have unlimited space and bandwidth?

Or the system will allow him to create packages with "unlimited " features but will block him once the really total usage is above to the resource usage? (1000 mb sp & 10000 bw in the example above)

Any help will be apprecciated.
