Simple security question about mod-security rule sets.

What is the best source for mod-security rule sets that are used to prevent the latest hacks to packages on typical cPanel servers?

I know about gotroot.com. Just wondering if there are other sources for rule sets that are perhaps a bit close to what are necessary for cPanel servers.
