    Default the Site can't upload or chmod or edit any file

    Hello,
    i have problem in my server ,
    the server just have only one site , and he can't upload or chmod or edit any file

    can any one help me please ?

    You are probably on a VPS and have exhausted the asssigned resources causing the site to be owned by root.

    If you are indeed on a VPS, you should check the permission of the site owner and if its owned by root, then contact your provider.

    The Server IS Dedicated not VPS

    Is this server-wide, with every partition, or just /home/USER/?

    lsattr /home/USER/
    If that has the a i or s switch run this command:
    chattr -ais /home/USER

    the only problem in just one Folders in site

    i can't chmod this folder or upload any thing in this folders

    check to see what group it belongs too. chgrp
