Site Transfer Sticking at "Downloading Tarball"

I am trying to transfer a cpanel website from another host via WHM. I have done this many times. On this particular website, I am able to get everything going, but after it creates the archive, it just sits there at "Downloading Tarball". I have tried to pull it to two different servers in different datacenters, just to see if it was unique to one server. Both pause at the same place. Why is it sticking? How can I overcome this?

Nevermind. I don't know why, but it suddenly started working.
