Sites Load but Cpanel/WHM doesn't

Cpanel/WHM is very slow. Virtuozzo works though. I do have shell access from root too.

My problem has been resolved. I fixed it myself. Please close or ignore.

how did you fix the problem? I am getting lots of intrnal server errors and connection failed errors.

It was my firewall. I had to use the commands in the configserver.com read me to fix the problems.
