Default Skip backup per account - Setting exist?

Does such a setting exist that could be appended to a specific user file in /var/cpanel/users/user so that backups are skipped for a specific user?

I can't see cpbackup reading the contents of cpanel user's file at all, but that would make a good enhancement request in bugzilla.

    Hello!

Also interested in this solution, also how to skip the backups of the files by filename or extension.

cpbackup runs off of the /etc/passwd.

You can probably put a feature request and maybe get this in the 9.3 branch.

It can be done simply by having a file that has the accounts and/or file masks to not backup.

But no, this feature does not exist right now.
