every day i have to manualy disable the "Allow cpanel and admin binaries to be run from other applications besides the cpanel server" option in the Tweak Settings section.
i don't know why it enables itself over night after the crons, does anyone have an idea why?

i have cPanel 11.24.4-R36167 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
CENTOS 5.3 x86_64.

Sounds like something is removing the /var/cpanel/skipparentcheck flag file.
