    Default slight problem with /scripts/mailperm

There is a problem with clients who point mx records to other servers(without the cpanel server being a backup mx in any way) about mail not getting to them FROM the server itself. This is quite normal as the domain is in /etc/userdomains /etc/localdomains and /etc/trueuserdomains

However, /scripts/mailperm readds the domain to the files each time. Is there a way to completely remove "mail" from a domain when the mx points elsewhere? Especially in a way such that cpanel does not add them back after?

I actually have two consulting clients on two different cpanel licenses(total of maybe 22 cpanel licenses between them) who are being affected, which is why I opened a ticket and posted on this forum. I would need some kind of fix asap.

Got fix from cpanel, very fast and effective
Domains such as this have to be added manually to /etc/remotedomains
This fixes the problem. Unfortunately the mx editor does not do it for you (yet?)...
