Slow websites but very fast whm or cpanel

Can someone help me with this issue.

I have a very fast access to whm or cpanel, but to show websites... it's very slow.

I have no idea is happening.

Yesterday everything was ok. It started this morning.

The server is with 0.02% of processor usage, has more than 1.5gb of ram available.

Lots of things can slow down a website. An RSS feed (or some other sort of mod) for example trying to call out to a down server could do it. Some sort of website coding issue may as well.

Anything in your error logs to provide some clues?
