SMTP down

WE are having mail problem, when we restart we got the following error.

Can't connect at /scripts/restartsrv line 242, line 17682.

After searching Cpanel forums & trying every answer to correct ithe issue, we now get the following, any ideas?????

We are now having the same problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

The first problem we were having was that no mail messages were being delievered to our mail que.

We re-installed exim and mailscanner and then we started to get this error...

Actually after trying to restart several times the erros went away.
