Default So why no Freebsd 6.2 support yet ?

I know you can install Freebsd 6.2 on your own and it works pretty well once you tweak it, but has anyone heard why its not listed as a supported O/S version?.

Is there something really broken or are the guys at Cpanel/WHM just too busy with other things?

I am running Cpanel 11 with FreeBSD 6.2 and have been for a few months now with no noticable issues.

Although when I loaded Cpanel 11 my sever load did go up fro 0.69 to 3.50. Not sure what has caused this issue.

Just prior to Cpanel 11 coming out we decided to go for it and convert our old 4.x and 5.x boxes to 6.2. We almost went to 6.1 but found it didnt support enough chipsets for IDE controllers and stuff that we really wanted to use. Since going to 6.2 we have not had any problems outside the normal things you get with upgrading software for cpanel and server applications. We find 6.2 to be rock solid.
