Cool SOA for dummies?

I am trying to use cpanel to set up my dedicated server at go daddy to act as a secondary name server.

Cpanel's clustering commands, it seems, only work with other cpanel systems.

I have set up my primary nameserver off site with dnsmadeeasy dot com.

They have a set up for AXFR and an IP address to pull the SOA and DNS data from.

However, silly me, I cannot figure out how to get Cpanel to act subservient and use AXFR for the DNS stuff.

Any help would be appreciated.
