    Default SOAP w/ SSL

    A client of mine has requested that we enable SSL for SOAP. How can I accomplish this?

    I enabled SOAP through easyapache and it appears to be running. However SSL isn't functioning:

    =======================================
    Fault
    Code:HTTP
    String:SSL support is not available in this build
    =======================================

    Thank you for your help!

    Well, I found the solution! I was looking at this from the wrong angle. SOAP doesn't need SSL. SOAP needs PHP to be able to handle SSL connections.

    So, to get SOAP to work with a SSL connection, you'll want to complete the following steps:

    1.) Login to your server as root and run /scripts/easyapache
    2.) Tab over to "Start Customizing Based on profile" and hit return
    3.) Keep tabing over to "Next Step" and hitting enter until you reach "Exhaustive Options List."
    4.) Page down to PHP5 and check the option that reads "OpenSSL" and tab over to "Next Step."
    5.) Finally, tab over to "Save and Build" and hit enter.

    Now, you should be in business!
