Softaculous+error on installation

hi,

i would like to know if there have any way to solve this. Currently, I can't wget installation script for softaculous. Its will keep on loading for a long time.

1) cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi
2) wget -N Softaculous
3) chmod 755 addon_softaculous.php

I got stuck on no 2.

I have try to upload its direct to server and its still cannot process it. The loading process will go on.

If the have any possibilty to solve this issues. Much appreciate your feedback on this.

Hello

You should first ensure that you are able to download other files from the Internet using "wget". Try searching for "5MB Test File" or things of that nature to download to your server and see if it works. If you are able to download other files, then you should contact Softaculous for support with their application. Their support page can be found at:
