Software --> no RPM List !!

Inside my WHM, i need to install the following RPM software: mogrify, convert, composite, imagemagick
however when i go to the the SOFTWARE box (on the left side) i click on "Install a RPM" the window that opens up shows an empty box, it does not show any packages at all. does anyone know why? one of the main reasons I have purchased a license from cPANEL is because I liked the feature of auto installation of packages that I need, and now I have no idea what to do.

This command did not fix the problem.

Any idea for Fidora Core 2?
