    Default Some email not being delivered to client

    There is a list that a clietn subscribes to. He was receiving it before, then he switched to us for hosting and now doesn't receive it. Sorry, this is quite long, but here's what happens when I try to deliver it from the queue. Any ideas?

    Default Add reverse-dns

    Hello Ben,

    Some mail servers may reject connections from IP addresses which have no reverse-DNS (PTR record assigned).

    To fix this problem you only have to add reverse-DNS entry for your server IP. (i.e. 64.241.226.79 --> one.andhosting.com)

    Sorry for the question, but what can I do to add the reverse DNS record? We share our IP block with our other web hosting company as well, does that matter?

    Normally your isp is the responsible to setup the reverse-dns.

    Only ask your isp to add the reverse-dns entry from <<your ip address>> to <<server name>>.

    64.241.226.79 --> one.andhosting.com

    It does not matter if you share your IP with other domains.

    Wait 24-72 hours for propogation to complete.
