    I would like to know if webmin would cause any problems with cPanel and WHM?

    Does any one have this before?

    Or

    Can answer my question.

    Try a search on the forums for webmin to see peoples experience of it. It will interfere in the sense that it can change a large number of the files cPanel also changes. That said, it can be run in parallel - however, there seems little point since whatever you cannot do in cPanel is usually easily accomplished in shell.
