Something blocks php script to login to cpanel

Hi,

I have php script which does auto login to cPanel and park domains. This script before worked but now something changed and i am getting this error:

Warning: file(http://...@174.121.1.1:2082/frontend/x/park/doaddparked.html?domain=admin.com) [function.file]: failed to open stream: on some php line 

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in some php line 

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type DB_Error as array in some php line 

I wounder what can block my script to login login to cpanel? Which settings do i need to change from WHM to allow my php to do login? Or can something block to do auto park of php script?

May be some security firewall settings blocks php, don`t know excatly
