something wrong with php since upgrade cpanel

Hi!
One of my site using PhpNuke 5.X and it was functional well until a few days ago we upgrade the WHM version.
It shows some error message that I don't understand:

Warning: setlocale() [function.setlocale]: Passing locale category name as string is deprecated. Use the LC_* -constants instead. in /home/xxx/public_html/modules/Forum/viewtopic.php on line 188

Any idea ?

php.net said to place quotes around the LC_* and the variable listed with it.
